Wheat Thins ? - Wednesday, June 17, 2009 4:06 PM ( #1 )
I have work all day, and between meals, I can't really chow down, so recently I have just been munching on wheat thins and a protein shake on breaks and such. Is that "bodybuilding friendly" or no?
What is football, might you ask? Its the game played with your feet and a round, tessellated ball on grass with a net on each side.

Then what is that one sport where they wear "football" pads and tackle each other? Oh, that's throwball.

Just when you get the chance (meaning when you're home), eat more than that. You'll need a calorie surplus to go and a calorie deficit to burn fat.

Wheat thins may not be real nutritious. Not real sure though. How about fix a large amount of chickin or tuna or fish, brown rice or potatoes and veggies at home the night before. Divide it all up into 3 or 4 portions, cut it up into small bits and put each portion (which includes meat, veggie, rice) into its own baggie. Put all this in a cooler with a cool pack. During a break, grab a baggie and shovel the contents into your mouth, wash it down with water. Instant meal in a bag.

My thought, if you can eat the wheat thin and mix a protien shake and get that in during a break, you can eat the instant balanced meal in a bag. No need to heat. Just eat it cold. If you have time to heat it up, have at it.

Thanks all for the replies. And, I do eat more than this. Its just the meal in between lunch & dinner that I struggle with. :)

Meal 1- Eggs, whole wheat toast, tomato
Meal 2- Whey in water
Meal 3- Grilled chicken, brown rice, small salad
Meal 4- whey in water
Meal 5- Fish, brown rice, veggies
Meal 6- Cottage cheese

That's a good diet right there, easy to fix and easy to stick with.
