What is your Opinion on Creatine........I hear differnt responses from differnt articles, supplement Labels, and People...............This is my Questions....
 
1. You Should Take Creatine everyday.....Why?  (exp. It works better exp. It will have little to NO effect if not taken daily.)
 
2. Its Perfectly fine to only take creatine pre and post workout...
 
3. You need to load creatine for the first 5 days......why?  (exp. because it give you the best results)
 
 
 
Ive never been a big creatine taker, but Ive got some for free, and I want to avoid taken "the kind" ive got daily (on days I dont workout) because it has 32g carbs and 32g surgar...and Im currently cutting......

I'd recommend taking it daily , optimally post workout.

1. you should take creatine everyday. creatine stays in your system for 30 days. so what you take today will be in your system next month.after you stop supplementing creatine you'll still have it in your system for 30 days.

2.depending on the directions of your paticular creatine product but usually post workout or upon waking on non workout days.

3. loading isn't essential....but you will see results faster...but over the long haul(30 days or so) results tend to be the same .

there are some CEE creatine tabs that don't subject you to the high amount of sugar thats in some creatine powders.
