body fat calipers are supposed to be really good but i bought an electronic one and it pissed me off so much, the readings were always screwed up. the website i use now which i think it pretty good is http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/bfb     when u enter the info it gives the 2 readings, the US navy formula and the YMCA one, i use the ymca one. idk how accurate it is but when i get tested at my gym its pretty close and its good for following ur progress

yep. during the day you eat, and drink. your bf% will change because of all these factors.

its like weighting yourself after you eat, and thinkinking you gained 3 pounds of muscle..

go into your profile - http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/editprofile.aspx
and scroll down to avatar options. you can either upload you own avatar, or used premade ones.

if you do decide to upload a picture yourself, make sure its no more then 160x160 and that its in a gif or png format. it also shouldnt be more then 22kb.

Unless Bio Electrical Impedence has greatly improved in the past few years, Underwater Weighing is the most -accurate- way.
But in order to do this you have to either go to a pretty good health club or a YMCA
