That was a very interesting article. Considering I do mostly cardio(8 sessions weekly) and lift only twice weekly (heavy) to keep my weight down that had some good tips and provides me with some affirmation as to my regimen.

wouldnt running on an empty stomach cause some to almost pass out. i know as soon as i wake i NEED to eat my bowl of cereal and bagel with Ham and Cheese or else i cant function.

i thought the whole point of fasted cardio was to let your body tap into reserve fuel? will having a shake during not work against that or have i been doing it wrong mda1125? i wake up, have a coffee, do 30-40 mins HIIT, then have a shower, go home and have breakfast. is this wrong?

Nice! the young jedi will continue with his training, OBI-1-KANOBI (mda1125) good read on the debate article. it does get a bit confusing though, as both sides seem to have science to back their opinions. i will be doing HIIT for the next 6/8 weeks and revisit BF% and see what the diffenrence is.
