So basically i've been going to the gym for a while . i used to be overweight but i now do about 3.2km runs three times a week and i lose quite abit of weight, from size 38 - 32 ( currently 80.5kg , 185m ). Now i'm trying to build up my biceps but it doesnt seem to grow even thought i train three times a week ; (biceps , tri and chest on monday and wednesday , shoulder back and legs on wednesday ). I eat 6 meals a day mostly bread for breakfast > fruits > bread > fruits/protein shake > dinner ( meat ) then fruits again. I was wondering if i am eating the right way. My goal is to lose my stomach fat because i still have it and it looks disgusting but at the same time i wish to build muscles . What should i eat? and mayb should i train differently?

Also , i was wondering if i should take glutamine as well as hot-rox ( to get rid of my fat ).

I plan to change my training routines when the term break comes so i can visit the gym everyday.

Something like : Biceps - monday
                     Chest  - Tuesday
                     Tricep - Wednesday
                     back and shoulder - thursday
                     legs - friday

All of which i'll do 4-5 different types of exercises to work them.

Glutamine will aid your recovery and have other benefits, but neither this or hot-rox is really a "must-use" kind of supplement.

by the sounds of it, you are already taking protein shakes which should be a big help. if you're not seeing too much improvement, increase your overall calorie intake.

I would also reccommend combining your tricep and biceps into one session. These are only minor groups, and you will be better off seperating your back and shoulder exercises out.

are the weights you are lifting at the moment light, medium or heavy?

well you have already lost a good amount of weight (Did you use the same dieting plan as now) but it will get harder from this point on.  How much do you weigh?  You should strive for .8-1.0 g of protein per lb of bodyweight and adequate carbs (carb intake high post workout)  Your present eating plan seems to have an abundance of carbs with not alot of protein or healthy fats (flax seed oil, olive oil, etc)

Alot of good fat burning products on the market once diet is in place.  The DS stack of Melting Point , Basic Cuts and Lean extreme has gotten excellent reviews in its abilty to produce results.  Hot rox might is a decent prodcut but there are other options available to you

The 101 store has a nice price on a ten week supply

This is my first time having the diet ( 6 - meals ) and its been going on for about 3 weeks now. I weigh around 165 pounds now and i'm still trying to burn off the excess fat covering my abs by running three times a week and playing tennis twice-three times a week on the days i don't workout. In the future when i intend to go to the gym everyday , whats the most amount of different exercise i should do for each individual body part ( back , shoulder , chest , bicep ,etc,,,,) ? as for the weights i lift i can't seem to be able to bench press more then 40kg (altogether) and i struggle at 30 sometimes. For bicep curls i do 12.5kg each

Are you sure working chest, triceps and bi's on the same day is good for your body?

It wouldn't be if I worked for it, and I got a body that builds muscle like I was on the roids

Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.
