well I havent maxed in bench in months but these are my all time bests bench 295 (yeah dont say it lol) squat 440 deadlift 515 so thats 1250 They were all done in july or real early august but my bench has went up quite a bit since then. According to the 1rm calculator im above 315 but thats just a calculator so i dont really know. sadly i dont know how long its gonna take to hit 1300 since im taking my focus off of the heavy squat for more olympic lifting and I play basketball so much it makes it harder to gain strength. I can still rep 405 for triples pretty easily though.

I only do one of the big three normally every like 2-3 months. Usually doing heavy forms of box squats and rack pulls and doing things with bands and boards. But this is the best I have done raw without anything else, most occurred couple months ago, and my raw bench is stuck because of shoulder injuries. Bench 305 Squat 415 Deadlift 425

If we're going by all time best, then mine is: Squat - 325 bench - 255 deadlift - 420 1000 lbs. exactly! But being 175 lbs. now, I could only do these now: Squat - 285 bench - 235 deadlift - 410 930 total

Bench 305 Squat 415 Deadlift 425 damn how is your squat so close to your deadlift? Well I had been working squat really hard for a good 4 months, and deadlift only a couple times, and I hadn't gotten into variations of the deadlift yet, and I was always feeling weird strain in my right glute when I did it. Things are different now I am sure my deadlift is a lot higher, I was pulling 400 with added band tension off the ground was nothing a few weeks ago, last week I held 585 lbs in my hands at the top I felt like a beast. Now that I am working on it I am making progress. edit: not to mention these squat and deadlift numbers are almost 2 months old. And I have gained almost 10 lbs

hmm thats strange seo. When my squat goes up my dead usually goes up the same or more without me even training it. Mine actually went from 465 to 515 without me doing a single deadlift. My squat in that time went from like 375 to I think 415 I read people who are powerhouses in the squat benefit from pulling sumo. I tried it and I pulled waaaaay more than usual. My best conventional deadlift is 465 and 405 x 7. I might be able to get a little more now but sumo I can pull in the 500s easily.

Sumo feels so awkward on my groin. My deadlift went up with my squat, it went from 365 to i think it was 405 or so just from squats. But I think I am making a lot more progress on the deadlift now. Sumo if you have strong legs, Conventional if you have a strong back. Another thing though is you are best off lifting geared when you go heavy with sumo or atleast briefs, because that will fix a lot of the groin issues.

Now that i've started using chalk and a mixed grip, my deadlift is shooting through the roof; adding about 10 pounds per week without a problem, could go to 20 perhaps but i don't want to push it too much and stall. Anyhow right now at about 165 Bench: 230-235 (PR was an EASY 245 set on April 11th have not gotten back up since) Squat: 260-265 (PR of 285 around same exact time as the Bench PR after madcow 5x5) Deadlift: 300x5 and going up daily So currently I would guess around 850. If i took all my personal bests and added them together it would be around 900. Most of those were set at 185. Bench is disappointing but I can live with it. Squats are my ultimate bane as of right now because it seems like my adductors are always screwing me over, i want to go get bands to put around my legs or something because i've dropped the weight and worked on it for about a month and as soon as i started going up a little bit again the problem would suddenly come back.
