I can't wait till I hit the big 5 in deads. I think once I get my squat up to 4, my dead will be at 5 (but not vise-versa unfortunately).

RollingStone leeman RollingStone leeman my all time best is bench - 375 squat - 485 deadlift - 595 total - 1455. that was at 100kg, now im around 92 and havent worked on a max for a while. should actually be about the same though, as mt 6-10 strength has not decreased. damn. youre real close to 4,5,6 plates that was the plan mate, but i was unhappy with what i saw in the mirror, so have slowly shed 18lbs before i go for it again makes sense. How long did it take you to get those kind of numbers? the bench was a weak point as was slow and steady poundages for 6-7 years. squats and deadlifts came more naturally due to my build and the demands of my rugby position; i could add 10lbs to my deadlift per month for the best part of two years. i kinda regreat not starting taking the deadlift seriously until i was 20, cos id porbably be nearer 700lbs by now. out of interest, whats your bf%?

brihead301 RS, you seem to have a pretty good eye for bf%. What do you think mine is judging from the last pics I posted in the critique section? I was using calipers to measure myself lol. Theres alot of factors that go into it too. If youve eaten a lot of carbs youll look alot fatter than you actually are. You look like me when I was around 10% and was eating lots of carbs. Also different people look different than others even at the same body fat. Some people look ripped at 9 or whatever while others might still look a little chunky. But as a guess id say 10%

Well I deadlifted 325 yesterday so my big 3 is now 780. Damn it felt great to finely be able to deadlift 3 plates plus.

Why is your bench so much better and higher then your squat and deadlift? lack of lower body training? julien_sti bench 275 squat 180 dead 225 680 total
