Whats the best way to make my veins pop out?

I am going to start wearing basketball jerseys and I want to scare people with my arms! And having my veins poping out would help me look even tougher. What are the best exercises or supplements I could take to make my veins pop out?

Weight 160
Height 5'10
Bench 200

by doing alot of reps for that particular muscle, i dont mean doing 20-30 reps i mean doing 10-15 with the highest amount of weight you can handle. it causes the muscle to grow and it makes the veins bigger because alot more blood is flowing through them when you do more reps, to get veins in your biceps, try holding a heavy weight at a 45 degree angle for as long as you can :) good luck

Aint nothing to It, but to do It.

Wrap belts around your arms and squeeze....jk
That vein bulging look is a combination of two things, muscle size and very low body fat. If you are content with your overall size go into a cutting phase. Like manifest says, i am on the side of the argument that says higher reps are good during a cutting phase, it just makes sense that this burns more calories. Tweak the workout, up the cardio and most importantly change your diet - lower calories, lower fat, same amount of protein (atleast one gram per body lb.) If you want a "perpetual pump" an NO supplement is ideal.

Just a reminder, yes you can lower the fat, BUT lowering it too much will not automaticly mean you'll loose fat. In fact your body adjusts itself in order to keep enough fat to work properly. You need fat for you brain and a lot of other things. If you cut your carbs a little more (in %) than your fat, you should see better results.
The body cannot live without fat, by having not enough, it will make "reserve" of fat as soon as you'll eat some...this is why you should still have the same ratio as before or pretty much the same.
45% pro, 35% carbs, 20% fat. But in smaller quantities.

Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

i agree 100%, you can't try to cut all fat out, just cut back a little. Thats why people who do these no fat diets balloon up again as soon as they get off it. You can keep your protein intake high without breaking your cutting diet by eating fish. A normal size can of tuna has about 30 grams of protein with no carbs and only about 100 calories. Eating fish (no fried fish though) whether you are bulking or cutting is a good idea. I know what they say about the mercury in tuna, but if i listened to all that stuff i wouldn't use a cellphone, drink, or use artificial sugar.

Good Advice! The thing is, I'm very cut I'm talkin muscle on top of bone. When I do curls and forearm workouts, my veins come out. I'm going to see what happen if I trap the blood in my forearm, but I have to be having an very intense workout to do this. Would NO2 Help?

the belts around the arm thing was a joke, how would you trap the blood in your forearm? The reason they pop out during an excercise is because when your muscles constrict they are pumped full of blood, the load of deoxygenated blood in the veins therefore also increases, and when you put this with the fact that your muscles are contracted making them bulkier at points the veins come to the surface of the skin. If you are very cut and still can't see veins all you can do is continue to shed extra body fat and increase the size of your muscle. NO supplementation is designed to keep the pump going in your muscles long after the workout, so yeh its right up your alley. and NO supplementation will make you stronger if you take it correctly. NO2 is what my friends use and they see excellent results.
