I' ve been told this is the best protein to use in my last shake of the day (8:30) as it' s slow digesting.....(the rest of the day I usually use Whey)....

I' d like to find it in a large jug like Whey and not in packets....is there a brand people recommend best?

I appreciate the info...

You can order it in bulk, buy the pound from proteincustomizer.com

This will be cheaper than anywhere else. Be prepared, it is more expensive than whey.
