no-xplode
Creatine Monohydrate (GNC)

Take those as directed on the container..simple.

Multi

If it is a 1 a day then take it with breakfast or whenever is easy.  If  packet do the same.  If it is a 2 or 3 a day etc take em spread throughout the day  Breakfast, Lunch  and second to last meal

Amino 1000 (GNC)

Better for use when in a deficit..30 minutes before meals.

mega whey (GNC) it has 5g of glutamine and 3g of BCAA

Best time is 30 minutes before and after workout with high glycemic index carbs.

i would take

multivitamin - breakfast

no-xplode - 30-45 minutes before your workout, you'll feel it kick in and thats generally when you wanna head to the gym.. but 30-45 minutes is a good guestimate as to how long it takes to kick in.  its like being drunk of wanting to lift.. kinds weird.

mega whey - once w/ breakfast and immediately after your workout.

creatine - immediately after workout

amino 1000 - 30 minutes before meals
