Hey guys, Sorry for the bother but another issue. I know I'm supposed to spread the diet out throughout the day but I'm finding it hard to find protein packed/nutriocious things to do. Can anyone suggest anything? Is there a good list/guide available that I've missed? Thanks.

Iv'e only just started out, but i have a cousin who is a bodybuilder and what he has told me to do is wake up bout 9:00 have 3 wheatabix with milk, then 2 glasses of milk. then about 11:00 cook 2 chicken breasts and drink 2 glasses of milk. about 1h 30mins after drink a Protean milkshake or a mass gain if ur a hard gainer. then about 2:30 i have potatoe and tuna wid red onion and alot of water, 4:30 i have a milkshake, 6:30 i have stake and potatoe and 2 glasses of milk, 8:30 i have a cheese sandwich as arnold says they are meant to b good for you, then just b4 i go to bed i have a mass gain shake as i am a hard gainer, or i have rise pudding as this surly puts on the pounds! Thats just me and also a begginer as i think you are i am not sure. If i have done something wrong please inform me and i will gladly change my routine as i want the maximum results from my body tar Rob

dang that is a hard core eating schedule. Im haveing trouble myself eating at school but it seems you have no problem. nice!

unisole...... that seems like alot to eat and seems unhealthy also even for a hard gainer and how do u eat at all those times how can u cook chicken breasts at 11? and have steaks everyday do u not work or have school i dont get it? explain please
