Alright, so it seems that this week I am school 9-3. Then working 4-11 30
 
EVERY single day!
I have been cutting, with a decent resistance routine aswell, and a very good diet. It seems I had lost a couple pounds as well.
 
But with this new little stupid ass schedule.. I dont know whwat to do.
 
I am off on friday and sat and sun. But, do you guys think that a whole week of no cardio or lifting is seriously going to affect things?
 
Also, note* my work is 8 hours of standing and walking around as hostess. Does this help at all? lol

buy a membership to a 24 hour gym
 
no being a hostess really doesnt help

lol damnit! yaa but money isnt bad for my 8 hr shifts :)
 
but hmm, would a good diet suffice? or is the HIIT during cut absolutely must, otherwise progress is not evident??

i'm 5'4''
at 138 (started at 142) and my goal is to lose 23 lbs of fat and gain around 8 lbs of muscle.
Whatever time period it requires, I am very determined. I work out and I eat really well too.. but i am not seeing results yet.. Maybe its too soon

2-3 weeks now.
i was working out before but not with a solid cutting diet with 4-5 meals. just eating helathy minus the carbs
but only in the last 2 weeks i fixed up my diet..
