here's the story.. i started working out during summer.. that was 2 months of hitting the gym.. then i stopped for 1 month i got back for another 1 month of working out then had an operation on appendicitis. i'm now fully FULLY recoverd and have been doin muscular endurance (3x15) on every workout for 1 and 1/2 month now. monday: flat bench shoulder press tricep extension tuesday: deadlift bentover rows bicep curls shrugs Wed: squat leg extension leg curl calf raise forearms thur: REST Friday: Monday workout Sat: Tue workout Sunday: BASKETBALL (alternative leg workout) ABS 3x a week 5'6 124lbs 16y.o. no supplements yet. goal: 145lbs of big toned full of SH*ty muscle i now have toned body and wanting to build up WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
