What to do after Whey and Creatine

Ok, this is my last post I swear... I just have so many questions :) So I am 6' 2" /190 and just started bulking up, I want to get to about 215 and pretty lean. I researched a lot and have decided that whey and creatine along with a high protein diet and all that are no brainers. However I still want to add a little something more and was wondering where to go from there. Should next supplement be ALA? Tribulus? Glutamine (Yes I know you guys are down on glutamine here and yes I' ve read the thread)? CLA? Ribose? Amino Acids? ZMA? So many things out there my head is spinning :) Thanks a ton, Bryan

What supplements should you take at a minimum if you are going to take them? 1) Protein (whey for the day, casein type for slower breakdown at nights) 2) Creatine 3) Multi-vitamin Those would be my top 3 picks.. I take more stuff, but I' m only listing the very basics for maximizing gains.. as food will be your primary gainer.. and then protein.. and creatine if you are a responder. Multi-vitamin is a must.
