What the heck is Hydrolyzed Protein - Tuesday, June 10, 2008 6:36 PM
What is hydrolyzed protein? I noticed its in a lot of stuf in the super market even some stuf in my house but idk what it is? My guss would be is a lower grade protein? because hydrogenated oils are very bad and it kinda sounds like hydrolyzed? but thats just my guss. Anybody out there know?!?!

Its just a type of protein..just like whey concentrate or isolate. I think its actually one of the higher grade proteins tho

I kinda got the wikipedia deffinition kinda sounds like dzls just another protein maybee a little higher quality

The type of protein most quickly absorbed is whey hydrosylate.
