What should be my next PreWorkout Supplement?
-
Wednesday, August 30, 2006 2:30 PM
Given the latest hype of Shock Therapy and Nitro Extreme, I decided to maybe mix it up a bit. I've been off supplements for about 2-3 weeks now.

im no rep and i hate hype.. i used shock threapy and it worked, long before it was hyped. i start superpump next week, and i feel as if its a solid product. i plan on using shock therapy again in the future...give it a try.
you only look as good as you feel

Superpump worked really well for me, but you have to be really strict with not eating for an hour before and after you take it and making sure you have an empty stomach because if you don't s**t your brains out, you will get the worst stomach aches/cramps and headaches you can imagine while you are working out. other than that it worked great.

Xceed or Superpump... List is pretty solid so you really couldn't go wrong.

Now If I sat around and talked about Xceed or Designer supplements all day long on here nobody would have a problem with it. If I find something better (Universal) and talk about it alot I am in danger of being banned from the site. I got your message Marc and other mods are saying im skating on thin ice. So when People are rude to me I can't defend myself? Maybe if People don't like what I say they should just keep it to themselves to begin with. People on here won't always agree with everybody and alot of these guys are meat heads so you gotta expect some arguing and disagrees. Who is to say some of these people aren't using roids? alot of rage. I bet a few do use roids on here, I can almost guarantee it. Well this is be my last post on Discussbodybuilding.com It was fun while it lasted. Everybody keep working out hard and trust in what diet and supplements you choose. Fair Well!

So I purchased Superpump a few days ago... So far only one day of exercises on this stuff. Seems like good stuff, however, the taste is horrible. Not only that but I was throwing up about an hour after taking it not because of the taste but maybe it just didn't sit well with my stomach. I'm contemplating returning it for shock therapy or maybe going back to the NO Xplode. I did like the pump it gave and my lifts were actually better than normal. I was lifting more than normal same results as if I were on NO Xplode but bad taste and made me throw up and gag a few times. Any suggestions?

If i took superpump within an hour/hour and a half of eating, i would start to feel nauseas and get headaches and stomach aches and everything. make sure u dont eat or drink a protein shake for a while, and if you feel like your hungry before your workout, thats probably the best way to take it. i bought nitrobolic extreme, but i havent tried it yet; im just gonna wait for my container of Xceed to run out. Why would u try NO-Xplode again if you made a huge ***tstorm about it the first time?
