On workout days:

    Presently taking between 10g - 25g of creatine in pills & liquid mixed with vitamin water.

2 muscle milk shakes a day one in morning & one after workout with 1% lowfat milk.

Twinlabs ZMA before bed (3 pills).

Flax seed Oil tablets -- 3 per day.

Should I keep on this on non workout days.  I workout 4 or 5 times a week. 

Trying to gain weight & mass -- 5'6" about 130LBS up from around 116LBS back in May.

id say a protein shake in the morning and ur flax oils on non-workout days.. you should already be eating enough protein if ur goal is to gain mass. i really feel u dont need creatine on offdays. and im not sure about the zma...
