What should I do? - Thursday, August 31, 2006 1:15 PM
I just noticed that one of my pecks is bigger then the other one. Not horribly bigger but it still kind of bugs me lol. Oh and its also not my strong side.(left)

Anyone had this problem before? If so how is it solved?

just keep working your chest equally. it should even itself out eventually.

This is quite common. But as a point of interest, you often find that people with uneven chest also have uneven anterior deltoids... the bigger side has the smaller ant. deltoid.

Thats usually a result when of the delt doing more work than the chest on that particular side. This can happen particularly with incline chest exercises. Train you chest as usual and make sure you concentrate on making the pecs do the work evenly on both side.

i face the same problem... possible way out is what i call 'mental allignment'. while working out... conc more on the weaker pec. not that you add more weight, but just think of that consciously as if thats lifting the entire weight. it is helping me...!
