I was always of the notion that if you kept the fat out, your okay. Newb thought:) So what makes eating sugared products bad, even if they have no or low fat. I thought I read somewhere that your body burns off the sugar first instead of the stored fat? Any more 'scientific' reason to not eat sugared products?
