I have no idea what this exercise is called and what it is good for. You are standing with back to two cables pulleys in the low position and using stirrups. Keeping elbows slightly bent and raising your arms up like a reverse straight arm pull down. I feel it in the chest and anterior delt. What is this called and what other muscles is it hitting? Thanks
