What is the hardest muscle to workout? The chest is easy to workout, but the upper

chest is hard to me because its so easy to let your deltoids do the work which leads to

no results in muscle around the callorbone area.

What about incline dumbbell presses? Or barbell bench?

Incline flyes?

While there is a lot of delts involved, there is significant emphasis on the upper pecs.

I agree that the pec is just one muscle. But variation is good and can stimulate the whole muscle to grow. Upper chest for me is also hard to workout.

But variety in exercise is the key. I've also had good luck with this variation:

Upper Chest Variation

I think every muscle's pretty easy to work out, once you know which exercises hit which areas- Everyone's got a muscle they don't particularly like working out though- Or a muscle they just can't seem to get progress with. Calves are a real pain for me- I can hit them hard every week, add a couple more sets here and there, really pile the weight on- They're just a pain to grow.

Bigmike. If your having problems building up your lats you may wanna try dumbbell pullovers. Maybe you already do them but if you dont I suggest you do. It made my lats grow a lot in just a couple of months.

abs for me. I just dont seem to be gifted there. Delts are a little tough too especially when you are doing moves using your rotator cuffs!

for me hamstrings and back just SUCK, such a pain... hamstrings it's either SL deads or the curls and they are agony lol. Same with regular deadlifts for back and weighted pullups (oh man!).

Shoulders such because they are such a bitch to get stronger. They have gotten noticeably stronger, but my other muscles have seen way better improvements. And now my shoulder is a bit messed up so gotta keep it light or stop til it's better, which sucks.

So those muscles suck for me...

I love doing chest, triceps, biceps, legs (other than hams lol), and abs tho.... all fun.

I gotta start runnin though, wanna drop my BF down, im sick of my 4 pack.
