Well i am 265 and around 20 - 25 % bF and i have a gut a small one but its still a gut. and i was thinking about moving from my whey proteine to Cell Tech. But I was thinking. Instead of rasing my wieghts more with creatine. I would keep using the whey becuase all my wieghts are still climbing up byt 5 or 10 LBS each week. So What would be the ebst product to help aid in my cutting of my old fat ass. And also wat should i add to my work outs?

OH btw i lifting in sweats in and a hoodie and also do crunches and jump ropx200. any help?

Keep your diet in check. From personal experience you can work out all you want and take all kinds of supplements. BUT if your diet is not correct I don't see how you can cut the weight u want.

Yea i have been watching my diet, i wake up to an apple and a banana, lunch is some sorta meat, thin protine shake b4 and after lifting, dinner is something it carbs and a green at every meal.

Cell-tech is the opposite of what you want when you cut, doesn't it have like 70+ grams of sugar?  And don't replace a protein supplement with a creatine supplement.  There is no real benefit to starting creatine while on a cut, and you need the protein.  They are 2 completely different supplements.

I know they are diffrent i was going to switch to creatine+whey but i deicied i want to cut first.

Lose Fat? Okay, here ya go in a nutshell:

Supps: BCAA, Whey, Thermo(If desired)
Nutrition: 6-8 small meals daily mostly protein based last meal zero carbs
Training: Lifting is in hypertrophy range(8-12) and keep it simple.

That's it. Oh wait, I forgot one component....


Run Baby Run!

lol yea i just started running agao i jump some rope as well b4 a i run so im hoping i wont be the odd fatkid surfing this year but instead ill be the not so fat kid surfing lol thanks for the input guys its helping
