What is the difference between all the creatine types?

I see creatine monohydrate and creatine this and creatine that...

What is the difference and what are the best to take?  Does it vary?

Thanks!

CEE or creatine ethel ester  (spelling?) is speculated to be the best creatine out, there isnt a whole lot of reaserch to prove this, but they claim that its absorbtion rate into muscle is much more efficient, there is also supposedly no need to load CEE. It is also said that with CEE there is much less water bloat, an added bonus is that it doesnt need carbs to be efficient as Mono does... Alot if not all of this is speculated and does not have much, if any sceintific backing....

Monohydrate requiers a loading period, causes water bloat, needs carbs to effectivly absorb in the body... but with that said, it is ALOT cheaper... Were a CEE product like Cell Mass can run 40-60 bucks depending on where you go, Monohydrate products are as cheap as 13.99 for 2x's the servings...  I would suggest doing some reaserch and listen to others opinions, as I really like and responded well to CEE so I am biased. Our nutrition forum has alot of stuff on Cell mass, Exceed by DS, and others.

Of course it goes without saying that the creatine, whichever you get will be useless unless you have a solid foundation of a good diet.
