Chicken Breasts are a necessity I think, if you want to get big and still stay healthy. If you eat nothing but steaks and hamburgers eventually that will lead you to a heart attack

eat calorie-dense foods, like almonds, peanuts, natty pb. also, eat complex carbs like ww bread, oats, and sweet potatoes. to the person that said carbs turn to fat if you eat too much, i think that's true, but since carbs are energy, the more you eat, the less muscle you will lose when your body is catabolic.

Learn to love chicken. Eating tons of pizza will definitely put some size on you, but it's nowhere near as good as a nice "clean" source of protein, like chicken- Eggs are great, but don't eat too many yolks- I normally eat four eggs in a meal, two of them just whites.

Don't know if it's the best, but I get the majority of my protein from milk. It's loaded with protein, tastes great and is very cheap.
