I tried cellmass good gains, but gives ur the runs.. I was thinking about Size-On, or would Sci Fit Kre-Alkylan 1500 be the better choice.Has anyone tried either one, or recommend one??

I would DEFINITELY reccommend Size-On. It's been working unbelievably for me, ive had great gains all around and ive put on alot of mass. IMO it puts cell mass to shame, but supplements work differently for everyone. Give it a try and see how you like it, and if you want a great stack, add SuperPump 250 as your NO product as well as Size-On as your creatine. You will like the results..

If you count in price per serving it would have to be storm or greenmag. I took sizeon and it was ok. Nothing spectacular.

Creatine is a fad. When people say they are getting big, it's because they are working hard in the gym and eating corrctly. I say save your money and stick to WHEY Protein only. I for one, won't be spending £100 a month on supplements like a lot of people do in this forum.

ORIGINAL: Danny213 Creatine is a fad. ha....Creatine has be used for many years Many studies have proved that creatine works If two people had the same diet and training, but one was taking creatine and the other was not, I guarantee the person taking creatine would have greater strength and size gains. I agree that nothing beats a good diet and hard training, their is no magic supplements but creatine a fad? now thats a joke

If you want the good stuff like 100% Whey or AnimalPak we can expect to pay between £30 and £35. Per tub. Just goes to show how much we are getting ripped off. I would buy from eBayUS, but no one delivers these things overseas. As for my controversial comment, how many tubs should I be downing before I notice these gains? My arms are big enough without creatine, and I used to take it daily for almost 7 months. (been off it for a long time now,) If that's not a fad then what is?

It's shown to work for most people in clinical studies. As with just about everything, individual results are going to vary. You happen to be among those who have little or no response to creatine. Or it's possible that you were taking some sort of supplement that didn't actually contain creatine, such as one of the liquid creatines that are available. Either way, your experience is just one data point and isn't representative of anyone else. If a new drug cures a disease 80% of the time, is it reasonable to call it a fad because 20% of the people aren't cured by it?

True. Maybe it is just me. Are people actually seeing real results from all these supplements though? I'm more into my workouts and foods, and I consider myself big enough to start cutting. I can't imagine creatine giving you this incredible pump. Just my verdict.

yes people are seeing results from supplements compared to no supplements its all a matter of being a smart shopper and experimenting with what works with you. Yes the life of a bodybuilder is $$$ but were putting our money to good use instead of spending it on $100 name brand clothing and other over-priced rip off products correct me if i'm wrong but creatine itself doesn't give you a "pump" it helps by retaining water in the muscle tissue so protein and amino-acid transport is deliverd with faster and more effiecient way. That's why many people think creatine bloats them because,IT DOES. and creatine for 7 months daily is the wrong way to take creatine that's probably why u haven't seen as big of results then when u cycle it. I could be wrong but you could also not believe in supplements along with many of the rest of the world that thinks creatine is bad and a waste of money. This idea was caused by back in the day when creatine was introduced many cheap companies added illegal steroids into their blends to maximize results to obtaine loyal customers. NOS products give you a better "PUMP" i don't know to much of the science behind it so someone else will have to explain it
