What is a "lineman press"? - Thursday, December 15, 2005 9:09 PM
In this training outline I got from the U of C Dinos, it says one of the power exercises is the lineman press.

I checked around on the internet for it, but couldn't find anything. And my high school coach has been gone for a while so I was hoping someone here could help me.

I can be wrong but I think it looks like a military press of some sort.
You are a lineman ? If so...you need power, lots of it ! All power exercises are to be done to be a good lineman.
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.
