Anyone know how to pickle them? I want other ideas, other than boiled and pan cooking.

The only other idea I can think of w/o boiling the eggs or pan cooking is making meringue out of the egg whites. Or perhaps a souffle? SF Meringue Cookies Ingredients: 4-5 egg whites 1/2 cup splenda (as sweet as you want it) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar Directions: Preheat oven to 225-degrees. Place baking parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Or lighty spray cookie sheat with PAM so cookies don't stick. Beat egg whites until foamy. Slowly add vanilla extract and cream of tartar. Keep beating with mixer and add splenda a little at a time. Beat until meringue until slightly stiff peaks form. Drop meringue on parchment paper cookie sheet by spoonfuls. Bake at 225-degrees for one hour. Turn oven off, open oven door slighty, and allow to cool five to ten minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool away from drafts. Remove cookies from parchment paper when cool. Enjoy!

I just made a killer breakfast pizza the other day. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. I just scrambled eggs(3 whites-1 yolk), with extra lean turkey bacon, turkey pepperoni, diced peppers, and diced onions. Get a whole grain flat bread, pita, tortilla, or wheat pizza shell and empty the contents onto it. Top with mozzarella and bake for 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve. Salt and pepper to taste. This bad boy will be packed full of high grade protein and tastes awesome.
