My glutamine and protein is precision engineered so i decided to stick with the brand. I got the grape flavor that already has 32 g of sugar so i dont need to mix it with a juice to get the delivery right? when is the ideal time to take creatine (while loading and while mantaining)

No, you don't have to mix it with juice. It really doesn't matter when you take it, so long as you don't take so much at one time that it upsets your stomach.
