about starting your workout heavy, low reps, then decreasing the weight each set adding more reps to your set. I am training mostly for size then strength, I heard this was good to do.
Name:Corey G Age:18 Weight:162 as of July 4th. Bulking until 185, no cutting. Supplements: Size On, Superpump 250, Plasma Jet, CytoGainer, Animal Pak, Animal Stak, Fish Oil, some Whey.

Stick to the 6-8 rep range and you will get both size and strength.
Lifts: Bench-285, ATG Squat-485, Deadlift-495
