hey please let me know if this is a good idea im kind of new at weighlifting im around 5 7" and 124 pounds and i just bought whey100% i was thinking of drinking a 7oz glass of millk with 1 scoop of whey in the morning. I work out after school like around 3:30pm so im think of taking GNC Pro Performance Creatine 5 grams preworkout and after i work out immidently drink another class of whey100% and on days i dont workout just drink 1 glass of whey in the morning and one glass around 3ish in the afternoon. What do you guys think?? THANKS!!!
