What do you recommend for suppliments?

I am 16 and around 160 lbs.....I want to get slightly bigger especially around my arms and chest.  But I dont want to gain too much - (I want to be able to keep it toned)

so you're saying you are skinny..? and you want to tone?.. but you ALSO want to bulk??/... but not too much?

pick what direction you want to go.

and then lift hard, and heavy, and regularly.  lifting isn't a hobby, or a chore.  it's a lifestyle.   should be in there with pooping, eating, work, etc....

you'll see results if you do what was mentioned above.  there is no magic pill that gives what you are asking for.

I lift 5 days a week and I am getting results but the thing is that I am also eating alot heavier and taking protein shakes but I am not getting any bigger...I just want to speed up the process a little but without it getting too out of control to the point where I lose my tone

I don't know how much bigger you want to get, but if it's 25+ lbs, then you're going to have to lose some "tone."

Universal Animal products are all amazing. I've tried other stuff, it's okay, but Animal is the way to go.

And if you are focusing mainly on chest and shoulders and getting only a little bigger without loss of "tone", bodybuilding may not be for you.

Believe me, your not going to get so huge overnight that you wont be able to stop yourself from getting over "toned". Animal products are great, I think they are actually some of the only supplements I have tried that do what they say.
