What diet - Wednesday, July 09, 2008 9:05 PM
With what kind of diet and training could I build muscle fast. I like specifics because I know people will just add the words carbs or protein or something like that but examples are great. Also how long to work out and how many days.

I have protein powder-shake mixes, Creatine, Protein bars, Premade shakes, Protein Cereal.

My mom buys lots of chicken so any great chicken recipes high protein low fat for muscle building would also be great.

you can play around with what percentages work best for you. a diet consisting of 40%carbs/40% protein/ 20% fat seems to be the best for me when im bulking.

this is like the 5th different thread where someone wants to "gain muscle, and they want to do it fast!!!!!!"  listen, you're not going to get ripped or jacked really fast. sorry, it just won't happen

i'll bet this guy quits lifting in a few months after he doesn't "gain muscle fast"

I prefer low fat diet for you. But you never told about your body type and the weight and fatness. If you provide these details we will reply in better way.

if youre trying to gain muscle, you should be eating plenty of fat.  Its keeps testosterone up and is calorie dense...
