Alright, here's some info about me.
Height: 5'7,  Weight: 148lbs,  Age: 24

I work from 3pm-8pm M-F, and Saturdays 10am-4pm.

I usually wake up at 9am, eat, and about 11, lift for an hour to 90min, depends what I'm doing.  Schedule goes Monday: back and shoulders; Tuesday: legs and triceps;  Thursday biceps;  Fridays, chest.  Cardio I get done either after work out or after work (kind of late), I just make sure I get 4 days in and when my foot isn't sore (I broke it recently but it's pretty much good to go).

Is that a good workout?  I've had a personal trainer in the past (about a year ago) so I know to switch it up every two months.  I've been lifting for about 5 weeks now and before that (I'm a gymnastics coach) for about a month I was doing gymnastics working out (chin-ups, levers, dips, handstands, push-ups, etc).

I've gotten quite defined in the last two months.  Eating I eat about 2500-2600 calories a day (maintaining), sometimes a little less.  I eat well (egg whites, veggies, fish at least 4 times a week, lots of chicken, some hamburger sometimes, some fruit and ham), so that isn't a problem and the only supplment I'm taking is a whey protein (I live in Hawaii so I don't have extra money for anything else).

Does that seem like I have the right idea?

How long will it take for me to get really toned?  I would estimate my BF% being 14-16% (I used to get that done a lot in the past so I can kind of tell what I'm at).  The lowest I've been is 4.7% (and you should see the picture!), but that was 4 hours of gymnastics a day and I was 19...my main problem now is lower abs/obliques but I know that comes off LAST, which I hate about being a man.

Also I took measurements on May 30th.  When would I want to next measure?  2 months?  3 months?
(Which were, Calf: 13.5, Thigh 20.75, Bicep 12.5 (flexed), Chest 36.75, Waist 31.00)

And last question, what can I eat at night about 10pm and not feel guilty?  I go to bed at midnight or 12:30 if I want to watch Family Guy...hehe.

Thanks :)
Kevin

Keep it up, you are probably already more toned since you wrote this, you are doing well and there is nothing like gymnastics leaps n drills to get you cut up!  get on the tramp maybe for 15 mins then add some straddle leap lines and work on some floor routine work.

Actually I have, I weigh about the same, so fat has turned into muscle :)  But could you answer when should I measure again?
