What brand of creatine should I use ??

Here's a well known brand.. Optimum.. just regular creatine monohydrate. Nothing fancy. Standard. And cheap because it's on a close out deal.. 1200 g. Last you a long time. Optimum Creatine

Yes, it's a simple, one-ingredient product. What kind of aspirin do you use, probably what's cheapest. As long as you can be confident it IS creatine, the only other considerations might be how "powdered" it is or something. Some are fancy, with HMB and flavors and stuff, but I just get the biggest size jar from the place I order online.

i bout a container of a muscletech creatine(not cell tech), and it cost me like $20 for 81 servings...cool. don't buy cell tech. way overpriced plus you can make it on your own.

way overpriced plus you can make it on your own. I've tried the make your own creatine transport. It's on this forum. Liked it! Welcome to DB!
