First off Excellent Avatar. Protein if overtaken can be stored as fat. Now from personnel experience, I would tell you not to really worry about this. Also it makes for brick like poopy. (some have said they get the runs) When you are striving for protein intake the basic rule of thumb is 1 gram for every pound of body weight. Go for the natural protein intake, REAL FOOD, hey protein is a supplement, to be used as such. Not as a primary intake of protein. peace Jim
