Hey guys i was given this routine by a trainer at the gym, just wondering what you guys think of it. ( i'm not going to include the actual workouts or set ranges or anything like that for each specific workout) i will be doing about 3 - 4 sets per muscle and about 3-4 muscles per say) mon - bi/back (bicep emphasis) tues - shoulders wed - back/bis (back emphasis) thur- chest/tris (chest emphasis) fri - legs sat tris/chest ( tris emphasis) sun - break I'll also break on days iin between if i'm either really tired from the workout before or busyy with work and or school ... let me know what you guys think Thanks !
