If you're looking for size, you have to eat for size- Read this, and follow the link at the end of the article. http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/What_the_hell_is_a_calorie_anyway/m_135283/tm.htm Once you've got a good diet in place, it's time to build a good workout- Five reps and under can put some size on you, but so can working in higher rep ranges than that. 8-10 reps can build a lot of mass too, the main thing is the diet. Working with five reps or less will definitely increase your strength, which can translate into mass gains, but if you're not feeding your body to build muscle, it simply can't build any. With the right diet, and any rep range under twelve or so, you'll put on a nice amount of muscle. From there, it's up to you to find which specific rep range works best for you. Personally, I've used routines that have you working in low rep ranges for every exercise and gotten great results, to answer your specific question.
