Ok, well first off I just want to say that this is one of the most helpful forums on the net. On most other forums you get flamed for asking for help, but this forum is really one that helps you out.

Now that that is out of the way. I'm 16, and I'm no beginner. I've taken Creatine, Protein, Leukic, A Test Booster (I Know). And various other products. I've been lifting for about 2 years on and off, and now i've decided to really become dedicated to it.

I was planning to do an X-mass cycle (A pro-hormone, yes, i know) but was worried about messing with my hormones at my age. I had my pct planned and everything.

Now, I've just decided to try Jungle Warfare by ARLI. Is this a smart decision? Which should I go with? The X-Mass cycle or the Jungle Warfare? I've heard that the JW has an Anti-Estrogen in it, which could be potentially bad for me.

Basically, I'm in between a rock and a hard place. I want to do the X-Mass or the JW, But am hesitant to do either. Can anyone make a suggestion on what I should do? Or another product to try? I've done loads of research and know my stuff, but I need some reassurance and advice from those who have first hand experience.

Much thanks for any help,
xPushinWaitx

Wait... It's not worth messing your body up. Your 16 these are the best times to lift in you life. Get a multi protein powder fish oil and lots of food. You will gain good weight from that then with anything your thinking of taking.

You said your hesitant to do any of them thats good because your conscious is telling you its not a good idea.

PLEASE just workout hard, get a good diet and the gains will come.

Thanks Man, I REALLY appreciate your help. You confirmed some thoughts I was having. Could you maybe suggest a more "Advanced" or "hardcore" supplement that would be good for me?

I'm currently taking:
-Creatine
-Protein
-Multivitamins
-Flax Seed Oil

I get around 4000-5000 cals a day and at least a gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight. I also try to drink a gallon of water a day.

I'm 6' and weigh 198 pounds.

Oh, by the way, I've tried NO products, and they're just not for me.

I'm Glad you chose to not take anything like that. Your gut instinct is normally right and yours was.

Thats a lot of food which is nice... i wish i could eat that but i am cutting.

You got a good base w\ your creatine, protein, multi and flax.

I will agree on the NO products i see why people like them but in therms of building muscle they shouldnt be the center of a supplement program.

For "hardcore" supplements you can look into Xceed by DS its a very good CEE. I really liked the Satur8 Re-load\Rush stack. here is my log\review http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Coulaids_ISS_Satur8_Rush_RE-Satur8_LogReview/m_150612/tm.htm - if you go on one of those creatines drop of the current creatine your on.

Also just a tip for training focus on the big 3 lifts of bench, squat and deadlift.

Yeah, I'm currently on Bill Starr's 5x5, with some minor changes and additions.

How about DS' Activate? I've heard some good things about it. And JW is still lingering in my mind, It's just I'm unsure of it, because i'm kind of unclear on if it would be harmful to me or not.

And the creatine I got now seems to be the one that works best for me, I've tried a lot, but this one definetly works the best. Thanks once again.

At 16 you dont need a booster like ActivaTE. There is no majical supplement it takes a long time of training hard eating right to put on size and strengh.

When i first stated lifting i felt the same way but just work hard and give it a little time.
