What I am doing to get ripped

Its so easy and I don't know why I haven't tried it before, but here it is. Day 1: High Carb day. Only carbs consumed are 6-7 meals of PLAIN oatmeal spread out throughout the day. No carbs after 7pm. I eat a half meal every hour, consists of one chicken breast or egg whites or tuna. Keep fats out of diet as much as possible. Bag of veggies. Day 2: Mid-Carb day. Only 3 plain oatmeal meals are consumed. These three oatmeal meals are the 3 meals following my workout. Fats are upped slightly. Protein consists of more chicken than the other two. Bag of veggies. Day 3: Low-Carb day (the crappest day of all). ONLY 1 PLAIN OATMEAL MEAL IS CONSUMED. This meal is consumed post workout. Fats are upped more and protein pretty much all chicken. Bag of veggies. Day 4: See Day 2. Day 5: See Day 1. Now, I do consume 3 protein shakes a day. Right when I wake up, post workout, and right at bed time. Always remember to consume the bulk of the carbs early in the day. Do not consume carbs after 7pm, it is strictly protein after that. I've done well so far. I have dropped alittle bit of size, but that is to be expected. I still can lift the same weights I was using before my cut. Dropped about 5lbs, mostly water. My cardio is good and I'm taking Lipo-6 as my fat burner. I am also still taking NO-Xplode/SuperPump250 mix pre-workout and Cell-Mass post with some l-glutamine. This will change soon because I will be running out of my NO-Xplode/SuperPump250 mix and will be using a Strom/Xtend/Nitro Explosion stack pre-workout and Cell-Mass/l-glutamine post-workout stack.

On your high carb day, you say you eat a half meal every hour? How do you do that? Does that mean a half cup of oatmeal and your chicken, etc., every hour?
