right now... 2 cups of water 1/2 cup of blueberries 1 banana 1 pac of plain oats 3 egg whites 1 scoop of whey 1 cup of baby spinach leaves Or.. 2 cups of fat free milk 2 tbs of peanut butter 1 banana 1/4 cup of blueberries 1 pac of plain oats 1 cup of baby spinach leaves 1 scoop of protein 6 egg whites dash of cinnamon

y'all eat a lot of food. -6 eggwhites/veggies/slice of avocado -cereal w/milk 1 scoop of whey -oatmeal and whey -peanut butter sandwich w/ wheat bread and piece of fruit -pancakes (made of egg whites/flax/oatmeal/cinnamon) w/ pb any one of these things will fill me up

everything's more expensive in new york. i can get an entire pizza for less than 10 bucks. avacado's for around 70cents. i dunno about gas though.. everyone is gettin effed there. but don't you guys pay like 10 dollars for just a slice of pizza in new york? or somethin' like that?

Yeah I wish I could eat avocado's more often...but at 3.25 per avocado I would be broke. I live in Pittsburgh (go pens) and its rare to get a good avocado. However I may indulge more this summer because I'm getting 6 months worth of organic produce, meat and dairy from a local CSA farm I am volunteering at this summer for only 200 bucks, so I'm going to be rich
