Another great complex carb, and one that's cheap and you can easily make yourself, is oatmeal. Just grab one of those big cylinders of quaker oats (original, not instant). All you do is put about 1/2 a cup of oats in a bowl, add about a cup of water, and put it in the microwave for 2.5 minutes. Instant carb, and the only clean up is to wash the bowl and spoon. How could mom object?

Don't be a weenie, take a mouthful of dry oatmeal and wash it down with a chug of crystal light, a real time saver... and you get flavored oatmeal out of the deal. D

Welcome to DB!!! 2 and 1/2 hours a day?? That seems a little excessive to me. You should only need an hour or so of weight training to be effective, everything I've read and my experience tells me anything over that is running the risk of overtraining and will lead to diminished results. You know what do whatever the hell you want. Dont follow hype. Do what you think is best. I get Pretty big gains doing what im doing and have never gotten injured. But if you care to disagree thats cool but its what I prefer and it works.
