Hello all, this is my first post on this forum. First of all let me tell you about myself. I am 17 and I play football, next year im going to be a senior so i really have to gain muscle.. big time. I workout everyday sometimes twice a day, 50 minutes minumum. My genes arn't the greatest and my muscle gains just suck naturally... I need a lot of supplements too, what would you suggest for someone that wants to gain as much muscle as possible while trying to stay safe?

Food Read the Sample Bulk Plan.. I'm an ectomorph myself.. hardgainer. This worked wonders. Second, less is more for you. The more you train, the less you'll gain. It's true. If your metabolism is quick, the longer you workout, the harder it will be for you to put on size. Your case, train hard, be intense, train 60+ mins.. whatever your coach says.. and that's it. No extra workouts. No extra cardio. You need to recover and fast. The more you train the less you'll recover, the less you will grow, the more susceptible to injury you become. Do what you gotta do and be done.
