Squats OH press Cleans I cant really say I hate anything...maybe arm isolations, I have grown to hate doing them.

can't narrow this to 3.... i think the only exercise i hate is thrusters... and even then i love it because i hate it.

KublaKhan squats deads cleans ....seriously hate bb lunges though.... BB lunges are such a love/hate relationship with me. They make me feel worse than any other exercise when i got up to doing 130x12 per leg walking around my gym's track and i always felt like i was going to puke while doing them and immediately after but they made me feel great 30+ mins later.

Love it all, especially squats and deads. Also curls and crushers because of the cool pump! Most frustrating, though, are pullups, presses, and leg raises.

love power snatch sumo deadlift overhead barbell press wide grip pullup had to make it 4...
working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

JMBS Love it all, especially squats and deads. Also curls and crushers because of the cool pump! Most frustrating, though, are pullups, presses, and leg raises. Yeah I know a lot of people bash arm isolations, but you just don't get that pump with pullups and bench press, etc. A good pump may not alwyas indicate more growth, but Arnold was right, it's a great feeling! I guess my three are (currently) Chins, BP, and Squats. Even though I dread squats every time. Love/hate relationship with both squats and deads. Don't like: calf raises, ab work, and atm deads cos that's what effed up my back.

i love arm isolations. i hate it when people tell you "they're a waste of time". they might not be as important in a powerlifting meet with as squats and deadlifts but for a bodybuilder they're extremely important. people also fail to realize it seems that the stronger your triceps are the stronger your bench press will be, same thing with biceps and chins, biceps and triceps play a synergistic role in a bench press, chinup, barbell row, press, etc. so the stronger they are the stronger your main lifts will be. the carryover training arms will bring to weightlifting in general is positive, not negative. snatch you and i have the same favorite three exercises.

why do people hate squats? Id have to say i like them so much that I always know I should take more days off from them but I cant because I want to do them soo bad. I end up overreaching pretty much every other week because of it.

I'm love/hate with squats. They are hard, and the adreniline buildup before a heavy set is a huge rush. While doing high rep sets, I wanna die. But when I'm done, I feel great!

I agree with bri, squats are amazing before and after, but during they tend to suck. I also love benching. The thing I hate the most is doing abs after the workout.

Love: Reverse band box squats at heavy 1RM Any banded deadlift 2 board bench presses with reverse bands Hate: 20 rep squats, even though they are awesome at the same time front squats, very difficult but also beneficial curls, waste of time
