Love:
Reverse band box squats at heavy 1RM
Any banded deadlift
2 board bench presses with reverse bands

Hate:
  20 rep squats, even though they are awesome at the same time
  front squats, very difficult but also beneficial
  curls, waste of time


pullin 650 off the ground reverse band feels hella good!


I did 585 about a month ago and man I tell you the feeling when you get that thing locked at the top just makes you feel like a monster.

well we were talking about pulling with reverse bands, so yes I pulled 585 which deloaded off the bands completely at the top because of the odd set up i had, but I definitely didn't pull a flat out raw 585 deadlift.

lol 585 plus bands would be insane, would be over 700 lbs at the top even with my purple bands.

i deadlifted last tuesday for the first time in around a month due to a recurring calf injury sustaind while running. i love it while im doing it but ive needed two pretty intense massages on my hamstrings since, and i still feel slightly sore 6 days later.
Bench Press Max - 170kg @ 100kg
Squat Max - 220kg @100kg
Deadlift Max - 275kg @100kg

Weight - 90kg
