Ive really never used any before except the stuff you get from eating but i have a terrible diet so im not trying to cut or anything atm i will over summer though ive looked at threads and stuff on here it seems like this BCAA is one of the most important buy in capsules? whats BCAA actually do though? it looked like it was useful for cutting by keeping muscle wasnt sure Creatine helps with atp i know that one Glutamine it looks like this helps rebuild muscles or something? What other important ones are there? and which ones should i start taking if any?

i have no idea. but 90% of the hardcore ripped folks and the fitness experts claim that it is. im into bodybuilding with powerlifting and mass building as my main objective. i do cardio occasionally after workouts. maybe twice a week. but nothing very hardcore on it again. and i do not see cardio affecting my gains in muscle/strength. but if you're cutting up, i would recommend 200% that you follow the trodden path.

waynethepayne is BCAA actually that important if you do cardio though? Amino acids are needed for protein synthesis. Amino acids come from the break down of proteins or polypeptide chains and are needed for the building of new proteins in the body. You can get enough protein(and AA) from your diet or you can supplement extra protein if you are not consuming enough food. Supplementing AA can be helpful in cutting but are not absolutely needed if you are eating right. Some AA can be produced by the body but eight of them cannot and need to be obtained from food. Most AA supplements only contain about three or four of these, Leucine, Valine, isoleucine and sometimes glutamine. The most important thing is your diet. If you are cutting quickly or doing lots of cardio supplementing AA might be something to look into.
