I really want to see a picture of the legs. You could use mass all around.. But your coming along good! I don't think it's a matter of your arms only being small.. I actually think you just genetically have better lats and chest.. Your traps look decent too.. But your lacking, upper chest, front deltoids, side deltoids, triceps, Biceps. I really do want to see the leg shot.

Good tips. I was thinking the same thing. Overall development is good, just need to make it all bigger! Strong points would be Back (particularly lats when flexed) and Chest, Not so strong would be arms and delts (although I thought the delts looked nice in the front double bi)

But check out how his colar bone is sticking out.. thats what mine did before I had enough mass to cover it. over head press's, incline press's, should help with that though, along with alot of food.

we're all a little different genetically - just keep working and emphasizing areas you want to improve (as well as overall development)- at 17 you've got a great start

thanks judging just from the pictures i guess, do you guys think i should be doing extra shoulder exercises like reverse flyes and lateral raises along wit the OH presses or jus sticking to hard OH presses. as for the arms, its weird, its like theyre alreayd way developed, they have a nice shape, theyre just small haha. They used to be like...super twigs.

Maybe some lateral raises....your shoulders look bit flat in the relaxed front shot. Id jus shoot for more overall mass rather than worryin to much about specific bodyparts. You are in great shape for 17 like Bryphil sed, good start! Monster

Great Job. Looking good. You have a solid base to work with...time to start adding mass. Let's widen those lats too! T BAR ROWS BABY!!!!

Mass in upper body would be good for you. Also this is me not knowing whether your on a bulk or not, but the love-handle section could use some destruction. That seems to be the one big flaw which I caught. Everything else is okay, only more definition is needed. Overall: Mass in the upperbody, arms, upper back. Slim the love handles down. (If on a bulk, disregard the lovehandle thing, you'll take care of it later.)

ORIGINAL: PearlJammer919 <snip> Overall: Mass in the upperbody, arms, upper back. Slim the love handles down. <snip> Love handles? You call that bit of skin love handles?! Ouch, you're harsh! You want love handles, let me take you to MY gym's locker room. I actually like the physique you have now. Yeah, a little more mass in the upper body, maybe chest, but very impressive work. Our recommendations should be tempered with your goals . . . fitness model physique? bodybuilder monster (huge)? Looks great in a swimming suit, regardless of mass? Etc.

rollingstone... what does your exercises for bicep consist of, and how often do you work them? do you ever do reverse grip bicep bb curls? those will destroy your bicep brachiallis and give you a much more FULL bicep. i always do them at the end of my workout with low weight. it burns SOOOOOOOOO bad.

i actually just started doing reverse curls this monday. Ive been doing slow reps in the 10-12 rep range for a while with pretty light weight. Im going to switch it up and do some heavier weight now and add different grips like reverse, wide, hammer, and such.

Im going to switch it up and do some heavier weight now and add different grips like reverse, wide, hammer, and such. sounds like your on the right track. it seems that your biceps have plateau'd,... or gotten used to the workout you "were" doing. Keep them guessing by changing up the rep range and weight used every week. do high rep medium to low weight one week. then the next week do heavy weight low rep the next. hammer, standing bicep curls(close and wide grip), and reverse curls. stay away from machines... and you'll be good to go. (not saying machines are bad, but you know what i mean)

I'm going to guess between 9 and 11%. if i had to narrow it down more.. i would guess 10.3%?? (rofll.. i know, random number) really hard to tell. you look really cut everywhere except for your tummy/sides. don't take that in a bad way... just telling you why I think what i think. i could be completely wrong though --J
