K well i want to start working out and i have no idea where to start.
I want to gain weight muscle and hopefully a 6 pack.
I'm 6 feet 5 inches tall and weigh 150 pounds so I'm really tall and skinny.
I have a fast metabolism so i eat whatever and don't really gain anything in the past year ive probably gained around 5 pounds.
My meals are mostly home cooked and are usually meat salad and side items and i usually eat fast food once a week and if i do its usually quiznos or something healthier than burgers.
I used to work out on my Weider Home Gym and my muscles got tight but i usually got bored and didn't work out for more than 3-4 weeks.
I don't live at home so i don't have my home gym anymore and where I'm at i don't have anything not even a set of weights.
So want to know what are things i can do without needing any equipment and what are some things i can do when i start going to the gym which hopefully will be here in the month.
And what are some good supplements for building fat and muscle cause i used to take i believe it was called muscle milk i'll fix it later if thats the wrong name and it was a powder that i used to mix with water, milk and fruit.
I have no clue what i should get thats why i need your guys help to tell me what would be best for me.
