You have great starting point, I'd say work on everything evenly and just try to bulk - making sure you include legs

Just go on a big bulk, look up starting strength.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185

good stuff dude. what some guys have been telling me on my forum post is to eat a lot of high protein and high carb stuff 6-10 X's a day. such as tuna, chicken, fruits, vegatables, brown rice, whole wheat bread, beans, etc. try to do cardio everyday of the week for atleast 20-40 minutes. if not 3-4 X's a week. try to go to the weight room or do home workouts 3-4 X's a week. you seem to have a good core, but work on your arms.

Do a full body routine. You have a great base. Look up starting strength. Do it for about twelve weeks. You should end up jacked

I agree with everyone when it comes to your base. But I think you should try something like DC or HST, every routine needs a horizontal and vertical pull.
