What should I do? - Tuesday, November 28, 2006 8:58 PM ( #1 )
Alright well I checked myself over in the mirror tonight, and I noticed a few things when I flexed and what not..First My back seems to be bigger then everything else, when I flex with my arms in an upper L shape, My back expands out almost like a flying squeriall wings open up from my back...Also i noticed that my right bicep looks al ittle bigger then my left, I am right handed..Anyways What should I do about the Left biceps looking smaller? and Also is it normal for my back to look in 10x better shape then my chest?

I'll add that I put way more time and effort into my chest then I do my back, Chest is something I've been really working hard at since first going to the gym 9 months ago.
