What kind of routine would be best for me?

Hello! I'm just wondering, given my body and my size, what kind of routine do you think I should work on? Like rep and set ratio, etc. Here are some pictures to help aid your judgement: Should I focus on building more muscle or losing the rest of my fat is what I'm getting at I guess.

its winter boii, bulk up for sure. You look like that guy that lifts occasionally but is naturally built. Just a guess though. I think you could put on some good mass before it gets warm instead of cutting before it gets warm and then having nothing to do but maintaining because you're afriad of getting fat in tha summer.

You're half-right, I am naturally built. I have a weight training class every day in school so I'm normally doing something every day. Only thing is there's not enough time for any warm up or cool down cardio sessions, which I think would definitely help me out. I used to have a membership at the Y, but it was too expensive to keep up with. So after my weight training class is up, I'll either have to renew my membership or use the cheap weight machines at my apartment complex.

well if youre in a weight training class, i would suggest, if you're not doing it already, to make sure you have a protein shake ready for right after tha class and maybe something small and sugary to eat. Post workout nutrition is important and i know most people who take lifting class just lift and then dont eat anything afterward. i wouldnt place too much importance on warmup and cooldown cardio.

I always have a bottle of gatorade and a protein shake ready for afterward.

Hey guys I'm about to do arms tomorrow, for bulking I've heard that you see most growth in biceps and stuff with lighter weight but as many reps as you can do, but this seems to contradict everything else I've heard. Biceps are a pretty whacky muscle group since they're so small and can recover fast but what I'm asking is should I use a lot of weight with less reps or what?

My advice is to .... not isolate your arms in one day ... Do a full body workout, the dips and chin=ups will target your arms perfectly fine (unless your ronnie coleman) then you may need to do some isolation work.... The tears you'll get in your arms from doing full body compound workouts will suffice for you ... but do as you please, just a little advic.... P.S ... When i first started at this site i was asking the same questions as you, and everyone told me to do full body workouts ( I HATED IT) I wanted to do my splits and i wanted everyone to leave me alone and let me do my split workouts ... After months of keepin at that, and never getting anywhere i finnaly tried the full bodt workouts ... i hated them with a passion cause you kinda have to start a little lite. NOW ... i love them and recommend them to anyone, i've seen great results ... give it a shot sometime maybe.

If you do biceps I'd stick to 8 reps, fairly heavy.
